   • Your name & best contact info
   • The type of event you are inquiring about: Public Crawl, Bachelorette/Bachelor, Birthday, Corporate, or Other
   • The preferred date of the event
   • # of people who will be joining the event
   • Any additional information about the event you'd like to tell us!
